I have seen some fantastic images using StumbleUpon and I think that they can help my focus going into the school year after the break. Here are a few and how I will use them for my own learning and personal development:

Sometimes we see what we want to see and get the message totally wrong. I have to ensure I take time to try and see all perspectives as an administrator. It is important that we always LISTEN!
As an administrator, I can help influence the mood in the school, whether it is positive or negative. I am choosing to be the "Optimist"!
It is essential that if we are serving our students, we keep working towards "ideals" in education so that we can best serve the students we have now. If I lead by example and am willing to take risks in my learning, and learn from my mistakes, I will be the role model my staff and students need.
